Submissions for the 2024–25 cycle are now closed.

We would like to thank all students who submitted their work to the Essex Student Journal this year.

Our editorial team is currently reviewing the papers received, and accepted articles will be published in the coming weeks or months. We are especially grateful to our dedicated peer reviewers, whose time and constructive feedback help maintain the quality and supportive spirit of the journal.

We will open for new submissions again in Spring 2026. In the meantime, if you are interested in submitting your work for publication, please refer to our guidelines on the Submissions page to start preparing your manuscript for the next cycle.
