The Essex Student Journal is currently closed for submissions

As of Tuesday 1 September, the Essex Student Journal is closed for submissions to Volume 17. Our Editors will continue to work on the papers that have already been submitted, but new submissions will need to be held for now.

We anticipate reopening for submissions in Spring 2027. Keep an eye out via the Essex Student Journal news page and via the Library's LinkedIn for further updates.

In the meantime, we'll be publishing additional papers to Volume 17 over the coming months!
